The Minister of Trade and Integration Arman SHAKKALIYEV presented a letter of thanks to the representative of the enterprise, Commercial Director Alexander BUZHENITSA, at the Forum of Kazakhstani Exporters, which was held on June 12 in Astana, at the EXPO International Exhibition Center.
The Kazakhstan Exporters Forum is a key event organized annually by the Qaz Trade Trade Policy Development Center with the support of the Ministry of Trade and Integration. The event is chaired by Minister Arman Shakkaliyev and serves as a flagship platform for shaping the country's export agenda. How important this issue is for Kazakhstan can be understood by the tasks set by the head of state. This means increasing the share of processed products to 70 percent and doubling the volume of non-primary exports by 2025. To achieve these goals, cooperation between business and the state is necessary. This is facilitated by the Forum of Kazakhstani Exporters, which provides an open dialogue between business, government agencies and international partners to coordinate approaches to solving pressing problems in foreign trade. An important event that took place within the framework of the Forum was the awarding of Kazakhstani enterprises for achievements in non-primary exports. Deservedly and naturally, QAZAQ-ASTYQ GROUP was among the awardees.
- Our company was immediately created as export-oriented, - said Alexander Buzhenitsa. – The sales geography includes China, Europe, Central Asia, and the Middle East. This year, we exported 130,000 tons of unrefined sunflower oil, 110,000 tons of sunflower meal (a high–protein additive to livestock and fish feed), 30,000 granulated husks, biofuels for Europe. We managed to achieve such high results, including through cooperation with the National Association of Oilseed Processors.
