The first stage is the construction of an oil extraction plant. It was implemented from June 2019 to July 2021. In 2023, we reached full capacity – 1,000 tons of sunflower processing per day. This is the highest indicator in Kazakhstan, which automatically makes Qazaq Astyq Group an industry leader.

Annual output: 151,200 tons of vegetable oil, 129,600 tons of high-protein meal, 453 tons of phosphatide concentrate. Qazaq Astyq Group products are sold in the domestic market of Kazakhstan, China, and Central Asia.

The second stage of development of the Qazaq Astyq Group oil extraction plant is the construction of a sunflower oil refining plant, a bottled oil filling and packaging line. The design production capacity is 200 tons per day. It is planned to create 111 jobs. Commissioning works are scheduled for December 2025.

And in 2027, the third stage of the company's development is planned – the construction and launch of a plant for the production of fat substitutes.
