Construction of the first largest oil extraction plant
in the Abay region, it began in June 2019. July 2021 Qazaq
Astyq Group was put into operation. In 2023, the company
it reached full capacity – 1000 tons of processing
sunflower seeds per day. This is the highest rate in the world.

industries.
Today, our sunflower processing plant -
the most powerful and modern in the country. The company has
potential to become a leader in sunflower seed processing,
rapeseed and flax in Central Asia.
Qazaq Astyq Group oil extraction plant has three stages:
development.
To date, the first stage of construction has been completed
oil extraction plant. Output volume in
year: 151,200 tons of vegetable oil, 129,600 tons
high-protein meal, 453 tons of phosphatide concentrate.
Qazaq Astyq Group products are sold on the domestic market
Kazakhstan, China, and Central Asia.
The second stage of development is currently being implemented
Qazaq Astyq Group Oil Extraction Plant-construction
sunflower oil refining plant, filling line and
packaging of bottled oil. The design production capacity is 200 tons per day. It is planned to create 111 workers
places. Commissioning works are scheduled for December 2025.
And in 2027, the third stage of the company's development is planned –
construction and launch of a plant for the production of fat substitutes.
Currently, the company employs 440 employees. But
the number of jobs is expected to increase. Besides
standard social packages at the enterprise - free of charge
transportation of employees and free meals. Because
the oil extraction plant is classified as a hazardous production facility
special attention is paid to labor protection.
